:Personal: A Beautiful Day on Hayes

To me, there is something so inviting and comforting about cafes. From the moment you walk in, you are hit with the smells of coffee and delicious cakes and pastries. They are usually filled with cozy seating and be it as a casual hang out with friends or the boyfriend or even armed with a book/mag or my laptop, it is one of my all-time favorite ways to spend my ever diminishing free time. ^.^ Recently, Michael and I visited La Boulange in San Francisco. Needless to say it was a super relaxing, great time.. oh and our tummies thoroughly enjoyed the almond croissant and the orange cinnamon breakfast bun. If you are ever in the city, I encourage you to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed! Here’s a photo peek of that day.

:Wedding: Meet Jennifer + David

Meet Jennifer + David. Jennifer is sophisticated and great baker (she makes amazing red velvet cake cupcakes!). David has a wonderful sense of humor, loves cupcakes, and has the best sense of style of any guy I know (sorry Michael ^.~). Together, they make such a lovely combo that is hard for the people around them not to notice.  On top of that they are such genuinely nice people… It was a great pleasure being a part of their special day and documenting their love! David had us laughing the whole time and Jennifer kept our bellies full with her yummy cupcakes. ^.^  They chose one of my favorite venues in New Jersey to tie the knot, the stylish Stone House at Stirling Ridge where they had an intimate ceremony surrounded by their loved ones. Here are some of our favorites from the day! Congratulation to the lovely couple!

undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedI loved David’s grey suit and purple tie combo!undefinedundefinedThere’s the beautiful bride!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedJennifer and David chose to have a first look, which allowed for a smoother day and gave us tons of time for photos. Yay!

undefinedThese two were so easy to photograph…. Such great chemistry!! :sigh:undefinedWe had such beautiful light that day, and then add in such a stylish, in love couple, I was in photographer’s heaven!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedIt got a little hot in the wine room! Loved this set!undefinedundefinedundefined

:Just Because: Meet Jasmine

undefinedSan Francisco Session- The Japanese Tea Garden at the Golden Gate Park is filled with charming architecture and natural beauty.  It’s such a great place to spend the day within nature,  photograph an engagement session or in our case a just because session.  It was even more of a pleasure to get to visit and explore it together with one of my good friends and fellow photographer Jasmine Lee.  Jasmine is really one of the sweetest, most genuine people I know…. and she loves food and photography almost as much as I do. ^.^ So a day filled with photos (she did a love session for us, so be looking out for those really soon!)  followed up with tempura ramen was right up our alley… and so, so much fun (not to mention yummy)!  Jasmine shared that it felt weird being in front of the camera and would rather be behind it. I disagree. As talented of a photographer that she is, Jasmine is a great model as well and the camera simply loves her!  I am so excited to share some of my favorites from the day!

undefinedundefinedLike I said, she is a natural in front of the camera!undefinedShe looks so pretty and serene here. ^.^undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedLove this sequence!undefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedundefined
