Meeting couples like Rana + Jay make me feel so lucky to have such an awesome job. They are the epitome of genuine, warm, and fun! They also share our love for art, food and new experiences… so we love them even more for that. Michael and I first met them when we were still on the East Coast and our skype meeting ran longer than usual and we left feeling like we had made some amazing lifelong friends. When we first moved here, they took us out and showed us around the city that would become our beloved new home. It’s the people like Rana + Jay that inspire us everyday. It was great to see that all their closest friends and family feel the same way about them, repeatedly telling them so throughout the day. Both being creative types, we knew the wedding would be filled with so many unique details and style. We started out right in downtown union square at the amazing Westin St. Francis. Then headed to Fort Mason for a stunning outdoor ceremony and finally finished the party at the incredibly unique and character laden RF-80. Thanks so much to the wonderful couple for inviting us to be a part of their special day.
Such an amazing view from the 31st floor
Their super gorgeous silver and grey dachshund Beans came along and of course stole the show for a little while. ^.^The day was filled with crazy chemistry mixed in with bursts of laughter.
Rana did an amazing job picking out the location and details. Being an interior designer might have something to do with it…
Bringing their “local” Hawaiian heritage to the party.
Love this one after calls from the crowd for Jay to get a little messy with the cake.
Congratulations Rana + Jay! Such a perfect new beginning to your happily ever after….
